Barre Fusion
Our signature workout

Our signature workout. The Fusion experience combines the strength building movements of Barre with the precision of Pilates and the fluidity of Yoga. These low-impact, high-intensity workouts are designed to sculpt, tone, and lengthen your body while enhancing flexibility, balance, and core strength. From beginner to advanced, the Barre Fusion method will challenge and sculpt your body.

Pilates

Challenge yourself with this dynamic blend of traditional and modern mat Pilates. Expect powerful core work, controlled movements, and innovative sequences that push your strength, stability, and endurance to the next level. This class delivers a full body burn while improving alignment, flexibility, and focus. 
 
No previous Pilates experience necessary.

Sculpt

A strength building take on our signature class. Fusion Sculpt uses dumbbells, resistance bands, and other props to build muscle tone and endurance while keeping movements low impact and controlled. Each instructor brings a unique twist.

Cardio Burn

A high-energy, low-impact workout designed to elevate your heart rate and torch calories. Expect light choreography and elements of dance, aerobics, or other dynamic formats. Fun, fast-paced, and upbeat.

A targeted class focused on strengthening and stabilizing the core. Expect a mix of mat work, standing balance challenges, and deep abdominal engagement in every sequence. Build strength from the inside out.

Stretch and Balance

A slower, more intentional class that blends gentle movement with deep stretching and balance work. Improve posture, mobility, and control at a mindful pace. Ideal for restoring the body and enhancing alignment.

Sound Bath

A soothing, meditative experience designed to calm the mind and restore the body. Using crystal bowls aligned to the seven chakras, this class guides you into deep relaxation through sound and vibration. You’ll rest comfortably while the tones help reduce stress, quiet the mind, and create a sense of grounding and balance.
 
Dress for light movement and relaxation. No shoes in the studio. Bring a pillow and a blanket for extra comfort!

Yoga Flow

A challenging vinyasa class that blends standing flows, balance work, and grounding stretches to create a mindful movement experience. The focus is on fluidity and connection rather than intensity.
