Sara’s fitness journey began in San Francisco with Ashtanga yoga and evolved into a deep commitment to barre and Pilates. Trained through Balanced Body, she combines her leadership experience with a dedication to wellness and weight management.

Laura

Owner

Laura has worked as a pediatric occupational therapist for over 25 years, successfully running her own private practice in private schools in and around Atlanta. She began her Barre and Pilates journey over 20 years ago and has been a faithful devotee due to the positive changes she has seen in her body and overall health.

GwenN

instructor

Gwen discovered a love for movement through reformer Pilates and quickly found a passion for barre and mat work. She brings a supportive and motivating energy to every class.

Callie

instructor

Callie is an Atlanta native and a certified 200+ hour yoga instructor with an additional 50-hour Yoga Sculpt certification. She combines strength and flow in high-energy, thoughtfully sequenced classes designed to challenge and empower. With motivating music and upbeat, supportive coaching, she’ll push you just enough. You will leave feeling stronger, grounded, and more confident than when you walked in.
 
 

Morgan

instructor

Morgan fell in love with fitness during college as a way to manage stress and support her mental well-being. She is trained in barre and incorporates Pilates and traditional strength training techniques into her classes. Morgan is passionate about creating high-intensity, fun, and effective workouts that leave clients feeling confident, strong, and accomplished.

Stacey

instructor

Stacey combines knowledge from a degree in Exercise Science, 10 years experience as a massage therapist, and a lifelong love of sports into her teaching style. Her class includes constant education and motivation — searching for the sweet spot between intense and fun. She loves workshopping moves between classes to help clients discover more about their own bodies and capabilities. Expect a playlist that goes hard! 

Emily

Emily has a passion for movement that feels good for every body. Her love for barre began over 10 years ago after retiring from gymnastics and dance. She brings a dynamic approach to class, blending barre, Pilates, strength training, and dance. Expect high energy, great music, a big smile, and thoughtfully designed challenges that leave you feeling stronger and more confident with every workout.

Natalie brings a passion for yoga and yoga sculpt to every class she teaches. Her sessions are high-energy, empowering, and rooted in mindful movement. She is dedicated to creating an uplifting environment that blends strength, challenge, and enthusiasm with intentional breathwork and a strong mind-body connection. Natalie’s goal is for every client to leave class feeling energized, centered, and stronger
